SESSION CAN BE PROVIDED IN-PERSON AT THE WITCHES' SANCTUARY IN FALMOUTH OR DISTANCE BY VIDEO-CALL (please indicate on booking) In this session I provide a nurturing, held space for the healing of your energy field and any blocks that may be creating issues for you. We can work with any conscious energy blocks as discussed at the beginning of the session or any that organically arise within the session. I blend a fusion of various holistic and energy tools and modalities, including but not limited to: reiki-style* healing, crystal healing, yoga nidra (full-body deep relaxation) and/or guided meditation to create the perfect nurturing environment for your body-mind-soul to restore healing innately from within and come back into balance. The healing is gentle, effective, holistic, non-invasive and no-touch and works in tandem with the body’s somatic state to allow gentle energy release without aggravating trauma stored in the cells or leaving you feeling jarred. Clients report feeling lighter and more able to cope after just a single session. Conditions/situations energy healing can provide support and some relief for: - Stress - Insomnia - Anxiety - Burnout - Depression (situational) - PTSD - Relationship Trauma & Narcissistic Abuse - Disassociation/Disembodiment after trauma - Heart-break - Grief - Chronic Health Conditions - particularly those related to female reproductive issues such as Endometriosis and PCOS - Spiritual Awakening/Ascension symptoms - Empath energy drainage/fatigue - Psychic Attack / energetic hooks Certain conditions/situations may respond well to a single session and other more deeply entrenched energy blocks / traumas with deeper roots may require additional support depending on the situation.
